Gimp Lesson : Silhouette

Hello,
   In my firts class I've been working with gimp. This is what I have done.
 The silhouette is a bit inaccurate to the original image, but I think that the result is not bad. For the background I have chose a desert.

    I agree with you about the silhouette, next time take your time with the "lasso tool".
    The text and the background are beautifully chosen.
